Motor pool vehicles don't always get much action in between missions. Maintenance staff with the U.S. Army Reserve's 333rd Engineer Company in Reading, Pennsylvania know that inactivity is bad for vehicles. When it's times to move the last thing an operator wants is a dead battery. These engineers believe they've solved the problem, with a little help from the sun. Sgt.
