LTG Martin gives message on diversity in leadership. Nationwide protests following the death of George Floyd renewed the urgency for open conversations on tough topics like race to create awareness, build trust, and ensure maximization of diversity to achieve true equity and inclusion. Diversity and Inclusion must be infused into Army training and development programs in our units and leader development programs at every level.
