200428-N-FQ994-001 SASEBO, Japan (April 28, 2020) Day 28 of the @NavyFitnessSasebo COFIT-19 Challenge has us completing a 12-minute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute). We need to complete all 3 movements before the minute is up, but realistically each round should only take us about 30 seconds to complete. That means we get about 30 seconds each minute to rest. Easy day!
Complete every minute, on the minute:
3 - Hand Release Push Ups (HRPU)
3 - Single Leg Glute Bridges per Side (6 Total)
3 - Alternating Crab Walk Toe Touches per Side (6 Total)
