Day 24 of the Navy Fitness Sasebo COFIT-19 Challenge is taking us back outside for a series of runs and max effort movements. Each round of cardio we are completing a combination: we start the clock during a distance run then finish up a movement with the remainder of our time. We are then resting for a 5-minute break before beginning the next round. It looks something like this:

Max Rep Burpees – (with the remainder of the time)

Max Rep Hand Release Push Ups – (with the remainder of the time)
