Maj. Gen. William “Bill” Hall, the commander of Joint Task Force Civil Support, visits Salem Medical Center, Salem, N.J., April 23, 2020. Soldiers assigned to the Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force 352-2 from Camp Parks, Calif., deployed to Salem Medical Center to assist civilian medical personnel with COVID-19 patients. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, is providing military support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency to help communities in need.
