B-roll of the construction of an Alternate Health Facility at the Champlain Valley Exposition, in Essex Vermont recorded on April 5th, 2020. The facility is being built by Soldiers and Airmen from the Vermont National Guard and when complete, will have 400 patient beds. The Vermont National Guard will staff the facility with military healthcare providers in the event of a patient surge at nearby hospitals.
