U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 816th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron operate a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III to conduct cargo and personnel transportation throughtout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, April 1, 2020. The 816th EAS, deployed with U.S. Air Forces Central Command, is responsible for delivering cargo and passengers to U.S. and coalition forces' bases, enabling a constant presence in the area of responsibility.
