Stephanie O’Brien, with Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, based out of Naval Support Facility Indian Head, Md, talks about members of multiple different civilian, U.S. military and foreign military components participating in a search and extraction training mission as part of exercise Arctic Eagle 2020 at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Feb. 25.
