U.S. Army Soldiers with Apache Troop, 3rd Squadron, 4th Calvary Troop, and Royal Thai Army soldiers participate in tactical combat casulty care (TCCC) classes during Exercise Cobra Gold 2020 at Ban Dan Lan Hoi, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 28, 2020. The primary intent of TCCC is to reduce preventable combat death through a means that allows a unit to complete its mission while providing the best possible care for casualties. Exercise Cobra Gold 20 is the largest Theater Security Cooperation exercise in the Indo-Pacific region and is an integral part of the U.S. Commitment to strengthen engagement in the region.
