NUWC Division Newport’s Transportation Incentive Program (TIP) provides reimbursements to the workforce when they use alternative transportation to get to work – bus, bike, ridesharing. This little-known program gained considerable attention following the release of the TIP vide featuring members of the workforce. The strength of the video lies in communicating a lot of information with more visuals than script.
