NAT PKG of Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune joined forces with Marine Corps Air Station New River to conduct Vigilant Response - a pandemic control exercise.
The drill held in October 2019 simulated an influenza outbreak. As part of the drill, personnel administered 3,500 flu vaccines being to active duty. Joint exercises such as Vigilant Response are critical to keeping our military ready for duty.
