Hawaii National Guard Soldiers and distinguished guests attend the retirement ceremony of Maj. Gen. Arthur J. Logan, former Adjutant General of Hawaii, at the 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team Readiness Center, Kapolei, Hawaii, January 12, 2020. The Govenor David Y. Ige presided over the ceremony as MG Logan is recognized for 41 years of military service with a 13-gun salute, numerous certificates and awards. We wish MG (ret.) Logan and Mrs. Logan a well deserved and happy retirement.
