This multimedia animation introduced each episode of the SITE TV infotainment program Carasarga aboard USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) throughout deployment 2019. It is comprised of historical vignettes that take the viewer through the history of Kearsarge and her namesakes. Beginning with the Abenaki Native American tribe that named the mountain "Carasarga" (notched peak of pines), which was later corrupted and became Kearsarge, through the contributions of the four ships to bear the name, to the most recent deployment, the legacy of Kearsage is honored before each episode.
