U.S. Army Central held a ceremony honoring the contributions, patriotism, and selfless sacrifices of our American Indian Service members and DoD Civilians during an observation ceremony in Patton Hall, at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter S.C. on Nov. 20, 2019. Guest speakers for the ceremony included Master Sergeant Richard Oxendine, a member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, and Chief Loie C.
