Coast Guard service members gather in Buffalo, New York for the arrival of Lt. Thomas Crotty’s remains at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Base Nov. 1, 2019. Crotty's remains were recently identified, participated in the defense of the Philippines during World War II and later died in a Japanese prisoner of war camp.
