U.S. Army Soldiers participate in the Expert Field Medical Badge qualification course on Fort Bragg, North Carolina, from Oct. 28 to 31, 2019. The course tested candidates on common soldier tasks and medical skills. The Department of the Army established the EFMB in 1965 to recognize exceptional competence and outstanding performance by field medical personnel.
