Spark Tank 2020: In the Air National Guard, there are 90 wings spread across 54 states/districts/territories; each has a relatively small comptroller flight that manages the budget, accounts for every penny spent, and provides financial advice to wing leadership. To provide this level of service, Airmen must stay on top of thousands of training materials, seemingly endless laws and regulations, and on-the-job-training experience that only comes with time. Doing so is nearly impossible… without help.
