A Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter aircrew medically evacuates an ill man off the cruise ship Norwegian Joy Oct. 7, 2019, 20 miles west of Cape Flattery, Wash. The 71-year-old man was transported to Coast Guard Station Neah Bay where he was transferred to a Lifeflight Network aircrew for further treatment and transportation to Providence Hospital in Everett.
