The Lance Corporal Leadership and Ethics Seminar is intended to teach junior Marines leadership skills and the responsibilities that come with the rank. The Lance Corporal Seminar was founded in 2014, it is required of all junior enlisted Marines to attend before they pick up the rank of Corporal.
