SANTA RITA, Guam (Sept. 28, 2019) Sailors assigned to the Los-Angeles fast attack submarine USS Asheville (SSN 758) create a birthday video for the Asheville's 28th birthday. September 28, 1991, marks the day that the Asheville was commissioned into the U.S. Navy.
