U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod lowers members of Aids to Navigation Team South West Harbor to service aid to navigation, North Rock Light. In a partnership between the U.S. and Canada, Team South West Harbor replaces a Canadian "X2" buoy that has been difficult to maintain with the extreme weather conditions in the area.
