This is Major Teri Arnold. She is an Observer Coach Trainer at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin during a training exercise for medical units every year called Global Medic. She received her assignment to train medical units from the Medical Readiness Training Command. Through her interaction, she helps the 3rd and 807th Medical Command Deployment support units meet their commander’s objectives for the exercise. There are hundreds of OC/Ts and support staff assigned every year to make Global Medic as realistic as possible for the 807th and 3rd, preparing and certifying them for the future needs of the Army on the battlefield.
