During the multi-national Combined Staff Exercise GEMA BHAKTI each participant is paired with a counter part in their assigned task. Working together as deputy and director they assess the scenario presented by the exercise then proved plans and recommendations to the task force commander. This provides opportunities for an increased level of professional and cultural exchange between the individuals and the partner countries.
