U.S. Marines with Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 3 (VMU-3), test a new satellite capability named the Stingray on Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe bay, Sept. 19, 2019. The Stingray allows VMU-3 to see quicker, real-time full motion video from the RQ-21 Blackjack, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) from the air down to the Marines on the ground.
