Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Well yes, it’s a jet! This is the first time in Holloman Air Force Base history that a custom paint job has been accomplished. The colors on the tail are a representation of the AETC patch for our wing. The Airmen that worked on this jet dedicated 2 weeks, to include weekends, to finish and perfect the 49th Wing’s Flagship tail design. So the next time you see something yellow and blue flying around Holloman, just know that’s us.
