NORFOLK (Sept. 8, 2019) The Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) and the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Mahan (DDG 72) return to their homeport of Norfolk, Va. after being sent to sea to avoid the effects of Hurricane Dorian.
