For the past couple of weeks in Jordan, U.S. service members have been working along side Jordanian forces as part of exercise Eager lion 2019, featuring U.S. Navy Lt. Doug Swezey, Commander Task Group 56.1, and Sgt. 1st Class Stafford Cawley ,Special Operations Aviation Detachment. Eager Lion 2019, U.S. Central Command’s largest and most complex exercise, is an opportunity to integrate forces in a multilateral environment, operate in realistic terrain and strengthen military-to-military relationships.
