Sonya Bilski, Michigan National Guard's 110th Wing Director of Psychological Health, discusses suicide prevention training. She highlights the efforts of her unit in providing leadership training, being aware of the warning signs and encouraging Airmen to get the help they need. A Wellness Center was established specifically to address the physical, mental and spiritual needs of Airmen. This is part of a series of videos meant to bring awareness to the issue of suicide.
