U.S. Marines and Sailors with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa 19.2, Marine Forces Europe and Africa, establish a Forward Resuscitative Surgical System at a cooperative security location in Dakar, Senegal, July 28 through Aug. 10, 2019. The FRSS was set up to rehearse establishing a forward medical capability.
