The Marketing Noncommissioned Officers from across the Army National Guard are meeting at the Strength Management Training Center on the campus of the National Guard Professional Education Center to provide their experience to updated the course curriculum for the Marketing NCO Course. Sgt. 1st Class Adam Schwartz, Recruiting and Retention Battalion Alaska ARNG explains the necessity and benefits of coming to a working group to pass on knowledge to the next generation of Soldiers. The working group, held on Camp Robinson Maneuver Training Center, North Little Rock, Ark., July 8 - 12, 2019, is the first of four working groups planned to update the curriculum.
