12 Soldiers from the West Virginia Army National Guard provided assistance in Randolph County, West Virginia, July 2, 2019, in response to recent heavy rainfall that caused significant flooding in some areas of the county. Guard members provided damage assessments, delivered food and water to residents and assisted in debris removal at the Harman K-12 school in Harman, West Virginia.
