Soldiers with C-Co, 2 Battalion 112th Infantry Regiment, 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania Army National Guard conducted a live fire exercise during Decisive Strike 19 June 27 in North Macedonia. Simulated casualties were evacuated and transported to the rear where medics were ready to evaluate and treat patients.
