Col. David Shank, Commander of the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command, based in Kaiserslautern, Germany, works alongside the Romanian Air Force. The Romanians are holding the first ever patriot live fire exercise performed under guidance from Soldiers with U.S. Army Europe during Saber Guardian 19. Saber Guardian 19 is an exercise co-led by the Romanian Joint Force Command and U.S. Army Europe, taking place from June 3-24 at various locations in Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania.
