Aircrew from the 124th Fighter Wing, Idaho Air National Guard, partner with members of the Brazilian Air Force during Exercise Green Flag at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., June 9, 2019. The exercise is meant to hone skills in close air support, and is being jointly held by the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Army.
Exercises like Green Flag are part of a broader U.S. effort to foster stronger relationships with other countries and improve interoperability between the U.S. Air Force and the Brazilian Air Force.
