COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (June 1, 2019) Sailors from Operational Support Unit 1914 attached to Navy Operational Support Center Fort Carson performed a community relations project with the Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity, June 1. Over 20 Sailors devoted half the day to help with organizing the showroom floor, warehouse, demolished furniture and created safe passage ways for customers shopping outside. Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity is an organization in the El Paso County area that provides an affordable homeownership program that brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.
