Multi-national Joint Exercise Maple Resolve 19-01 held at 3rd Canadian division support base Det Wainwright, has been deemed a success. After months of initial planning and preparation, the two week long validation exercise for the Canadian Army’s High Readyness Brigade began May 11th is coming to an end. Life like battle fields and environments were set up to create realistic deployment like situations. Canadian troops were able to apply their military training with the support of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Australia and others. Weather peace enactments or actual battle scenarios the outcomes were well received. Early reports to the generals have been filled with praise.
