Teams of service members from across the U.S. Army Central area of operations as well as the United States and Kuwait met to compete in the Best Cyber Warrior Challenge 2019 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, May 16, 2019. During the three-day event, which ran May 14-16, the teams engaged in a variety of events designed to challenge the competitors mentally and physically while promoting interoperability and esprit de corps. The Best Cyber Warrior Challenge is designed to create a culture of awareness and understanding at all echelons of cybersecurity, while in a fun and competitive environment, in order to reduce risk and protect the Army, Department of Defense and personal networks.
