Soldiers and airmen from across the country participate in Vibrant Response 19. The excises test the U.S. Army’s ability to respond to real world nuclear catastrophes. The multi component exercise assess the army’s chemical biological radiological and nuclear readiness and abilities. The practical exercise provides the soldiers and airmen with improved skills and abilities to assists, clean and give comfort to those in need after experiencing a nuclear fallout.
