Capt. Clara Moser, 777th ASB Training Officer, Arkansas National Guard, was selected as a 2019 General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award recipient. She has put in countless hours volunteering for women's mentorship at her church, and raising money for the Arkansas Children's Hospital cure for childhood cancer and cure for multiple sclerosis.
A couple organizations are near and dear to her such as Autism awareness because her oldest stepson has severe Autism, and Suicide prevention as she lost her brother on his second deployment while she was in Officer Candidate School.
Only 28 company grade officers from across the total Army are selected for this most prestigious award.
