Munitions teams from around the Air Force have been officially selected to compete in the second-annual Air Force Combat Operations Competition set to take place at Beale AFB, Calif., May 13-17, at the Air Force Combat Ammunitions Center.
- [Man] And move! (men grunt) (rock music) - Beale Air Force Base, AFCOCOMP is the Air Force Combat Operations Competition. Gonna take place here, at Beale Air Force Base. Starting on May 13th, and it will extend all the way through May 16th. So, this year we have Holloman Air Force Base returning as our inaugural AFCOCOMP champ. But this year, the competition is even higher than it was before. We created seven brand new events. We even added new elements. Such as, what would we do in a Sberny environment? It combines the greatest parts of our AMMO mission, which is working through whatever situation is thrown at the teams. But at the same time, it brings back that culture that comradery, that comes with being part of the worlds greatest day of festy AMMO. (rock music)
