Coast Guard Rescues One from the Water 12 Miles Northwest of Bimini Saturday

A Coast Guard Cutter Heron (WPB-87344) smallboat crew catch and stop a rogue vessel May 4, 2019, approximately 12 miles northwest of Bimini. A Coast Guard Air Station MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew arrived on scene, located and hoisted a male from the water after observing a vessel doing circles with no one aboard and transported him to Coast Guard Air station Miami where an emergency medical services received the survivor for further medical assistance with no injuries reported.
