PURPOSE: 3D Medical Applications Center: Binder Jetting, is one of a five part series designed to showcase every three-dimensional printing technology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The other four additive manufacturing printers in the series are Material Extrusion, Material Jetting, Powder Bed Fusion and Vat Photopolymerization.
The Binder Jetting printing process uses a powder and a binder to build opaque or colored medical molds and models.
