    B-roll of North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper conducting an official tour of Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River April 9, 2019. In the video, Cooper arrives at MCAS New River and travels to The Landing, where he received a command brief. The brief included Hurricane Florence impact and recovery. The latter half of the video includes a tour of the II Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters building on MCB Camp Lejeune. This is Cooper's initial command visit to MCB Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River as Governor of North Carolina. During his tour, Cooper met with the senior leaders of both installations and saw first-hand the damage left by Hurricane Florence.
