Soldiers of the 452d Combat Support Hospital and 1st Theater Sustainment Command participated in a mass casualty exercise at Camp Arifjan's U.S. Military Hospital - Kuwait, March 21, 209. The purpose of the exercise was to practice established processes and evaluate the reaction of medical personnel and medical evacuation procedures in the event of a large-scale medical emergency.
