    3rd Marine Aircraft Wing

Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 352, Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, refuels an F/A-18 Hornet with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 323, MAG-11, over the W-291 training area in southern California, March 6. A single F/A-18 is capable of delivering the same explosive firepower as an entire artillery battery firing 16 to 20 times. This weapon enhances 3rd MAW’s ability generate lethality for the supported Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF). (U.S Marine Corps video by Sgt. David Bickel)
