Commanders from 16 Air National Guard wings discuss C-130H Hercules aircraft modernization at the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, D.C., Feb. 28, 2019. The commanders briefed members of Congress and their staff about the modernization which includes new eight-bladed propellors and new T-56 3.5 engines.
