Alaska Army National Guard Soldiers perform mobility exercises and conduct a GetFit workout at the Alaska National Guard Armory’s Drill Hall Floor on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Feb. 27, 2019. The Army Combat Fitness Test preparation program, dubbed GetFit, is a voluntary program facilitated by fitness-certified Soldiers and implemented in order to provide a holistic approach to help AKARNG Soldiers adjust to the new strength and performance standards.
