Butler, is presented with a Navy and Marine Corps' achievement medal on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Feb. 22, 2019. McClure received the award for using his Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training during breakfast with his wife, when he noticed civilian Jillian Romag lost her ability to breathe.
