A U.S. Military Joint Task Force-Port Opening begins the process of fortifying and establishing a simulated Aerial Port of Debarkation on Cecil Airport in Jacksonville, Florida, Feb. 17, 2019 as part of exercise Turbo Distribution. Turbo Distribution 19-1 is a Joint Task Force-Port Opening exercise designed to train personnel to rapidly respond to humanitarian aid/disaster response missions in austere locations, set up basic infrastructure and receive/begin initial theatre distribution of cargo.
