Members of the 167th Airlift Wing help commemorate Brig. Gen. J. Kemp McLaughlin's 100th birthday with a shout out created during a commander's call Dec. 1, 2018. McLaughlin helped start West Virginia's first Air National Guard base where he served as commander for 30 years.
